ASSESSMENTS
Assessments provide depth to the therapeutic process of identifying problems/symptoms and establish goals and objectives to reduce or eliminate those problems.
Crossroads will utilize a wide range of clinical assessment tools to aid in the diagnostic and treatment planning process. These assessments are included in your records and clinical summary. Upon your request, they can be released to a designated source as your physician.
